THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
YOUTH
Our youth classes are for students ranging in age from 4 - 12. Students learn basic techniques including kicks, punches, blocks and self-defense in a fun and supportive environment.
TEEN
We encourage our teen students to join our teen/adult classes in order to progress through the ranks at a quicker rate. Teens are also encourages to step up as leaders and role models in our Youth Classes and in their community.
ADULT
Our adult students are challenged to improve their physical fitness and agility all while learning martial arts in a supportive environment. Students say they are surprised by how much fun they have while working out.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Our Special Needs / Physically Challenged class has been a staple in the San Diego area for over 25 years. Students are taught basic martial arts and self-defense by instructors who adjust to the individual's learning style. The class is provided free of charge as a community service from all of us at Family Karate PQ.
